Privacy Policy

Short version: CoachMeDaily has no account and no server. Everything you enter stays on your device. We don't collect, transmit, sell or track any of your data.

Who this applies to

This policy covers the CoachMeDaily mobile app ("the app"). The app is provided by 2Guide B.V. It is a local, on-device tool with no online backend.

Data we collect

None. The app has no user accounts, no login, and no analytics. Your reminders, notes, day reviews and audio files are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. This information is never sent to us or to anyone else.

No tracking, no third parties

No analytics or usage tracking.
No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
No third-party SDKs that collect data.
No cloud sync — there is no server that holds a copy of your data.

Notifications

The app schedules local notifications on your device to deliver your reminders. These are handled entirely by your device's operating system and are not sent through any server.

Sharing — only when you choose

The app can generate a weekly report. This only happens when you tap "Share weekly report". At that point your device's standard share sheet opens and you decide what to send and to whom (for example, emailing it to your coach). The app itself does not transmit the report anywhere; the sharing is performed by you, through apps you already have.

Backups

You can export a backup file of your configuration and restore it yourself. You control where that file is stored (for example, Files or iCloud Drive). Any storage or transfer of that file is governed by the service you choose, not by us.

Children

The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this address.
